More on the Flat Belly Diet and MUFA Meals


I blogged a couple of weeks ago about the new, Flat Belly Diet, that has recently been introduced to the dieting industry. my take on it: JUST ANOTHER SCAM! But, I wanted to see what others thought so I did a little searching. I found a great article about the diet and MUFA meals on hubpages. The Hubpage article had a link to Prevention magazine. The ads there show women who lost "up to 7 pounds in 4 days" on the Flat Belly Diet. Most of that lost weight is not fat: it's water and intestinal contents. 1600 cal/day is not especially low - many women won't lose weight eating that much.

I enjoy and appreciate your blog thus far. You seem particularly interested in nutrition, which is also an interest of mine. Thanks for doing your part to keep the general public educated with evidence-based health advice.
